Terms of Local Delivery

1. By submitting a request for delivery, you agree that if the delivery address is unattended, we may leave your goods at your delivery address without obtaining a signature from any person and the goods will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the goods are left at the delivery address.

 

1. Notwithstanding 1 above, we may, at our absolute discretion, decide that the requested delivery location is inaccessible, unsafe to access, in-view of passers-by, not protected from the weather, or otherwise not suitable for leaving the goods, in which case you agree that we may return the goods to a Collection Location for collection by you and we will leave a notice at your address stating that delivery has been attempted and the status of the delivery.

 

1. You agree to pay us any reasonable costs we incur in storage of your goods and of and our charges of making a delivery to a Collection Location.

 

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of goods left unattended at the delivery address; or delivered to a Collection Location; except to the extent that such loss or damage arises as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
